Refer-A-Friend Project
General Terms
Effective December 15, 2025

OVERALL. IDT Domestic Telecom, Inc. ("IDT") has instituted the BOSS Revolution refer-a-friend project (the "Project") that allows existing customers/users (an "Inviter") of the BOSS Revolution Calling app or BOSS Money app (collectively, the "App") to use the App to refer a person who has not used the App (a "Friend") to join BOSS Revolution. If the Friend meets certain conditions ("Conditions"), then the Inviter and/or the Friend may earn a reward (a "Reward"). The Project may contain one or more individual referral programs (each a "Program") with its own specific terms, eligibility requirements, Conditions and/or Rewards (collectively, "Specific Terms"), which Specific Terms will be posted in the applicable App. These General Terms apply to the entire Project and all Programs initiated thereunder. Each Program is subject to (1) these General Terms, (2) that Program's Specific Terms, (3) IDT's Privacy Policy located in the App and at www.bossrevolution.com/privacy, and (4) the applicable product terms of use contained in the applicable App and at www.bossrevolution.com (collectively, the "Rules").

CONDITIONS. Each Program will have its own Conditions, which will be posted in the Specific Terms. A Friend must meet the Conditions in order for the Inviter and/or the Friend, as applicable, to be eligible to receive a Reward. The following Conditions are applicable to all Programs: the Friend must (1) accept and click on the specific invitation sent by the Inviter to download the applicable App (e.g., clicking on the Inviter's unique link), (2) activate the applicable App, (3) create a new BOSS Revolution or BOSS Money Account (an "Account"), and (4) make a Qualifying Transaction (as defined according to the Rules) in the applicable App. In addition, in order to receive a Reward the Inviter and/or Friend (as applicable) must continue to be registered BOSS Revolution or BOSS Money customers in good standing. There is no limit on the number of invitations that an Inviter can send under the Project subject to the Rules. Any existing App customer/user may send an invitation to a Friend. If multiple customers send an invitation to the same Friend, then the Inviter will be deemed to be person that sent the first invitation the Friend accepted. Existing BOSS Revolution, BOSS Money and/or App customers/users cannot be referred under the Project.

QUALIFYING TRANSACTIONS. Each Program requires that the Friend conduct and complete a Qualifying Transaction in the applicable App. The applicable Qualifying Transaction will require the purchase by the Friend of one or more IDT products or services in the App. If the Qualifying Transaction requires the purchase of BOSS Revolution Pinless, then only Pinless recharges (on a pay-as-you-go basis) of $5 or more will qualify (purchases of an unlimited or other plan or auto-recharges will not be deemed a Qualifying Transaction). If the Qualifying Transaction requires the purchase of an international mobile top-up, then only a top-up of $5 or more will qualify. If the Qualifying Transaction requires a money transfer, then only a money transfer of $100 or more will qualify. All Qualifying Transactions must be made in the applicable App – similar transactions made online or at an authorized retailer do not qualify and will not earn a Reward. All Qualifying Transactions must be completed, and a Reward will not be issued for any transaction that is cancelled, fraudulent, refunded, voided, unpaid or subject to a credit card chargeback. If a Reward is issued for a Qualifying Transaction that is ultimately refunded, voided or charged-back, then the Reward will be forfeited.

REWARDS. Each Program will offer a Reward to the Inviter, the Friend or both, and the specific Reward for a Program will be posted in the Specific Terms. Specific Rewards may change from time to time at IDT's discretion. Rewards may include, but not be limited to, (1) additional Account or wallet balance to purchase IDT or its affiliates' products and services, (2) a free or discounted international mobile top up or money transfer to the recipient of their choice, (3) third party gift cards, electronic or otherwise, and/or (4) other rewards as specified in a Program's Specific Terms. Rewards are issued for promotional purposes; they have no cash value and may not be refunded, pooled transferred or exchanged for cash or other monetary value. A Reward of additional Account or wallet balance will be automatically added to the recipient's Account or wallet, is subject to the terms of service for the applicable Account or wallet, and may only be used only to purchase specified IDT or its affiliates' products and services. A Reward of a free or discounted international mobile top up or money transfer may is subject to the applicable product terms and may have an expiration date. Gift card Rewards will be sent either by in-App message, in-App chat, push notification through the App, app to app messages, email or text message using the contact information provided to IDT by the Inviter. The recipients of Gift card Rewards consent to receive their gift card by those methods and that message and data rates may apply. You may refuse to consent to receive the gift card by these methods (if consent is required), but your ability to receive your Reward could be limited if you do so. Each gift card is subject to terms set forth by the card's issuer. Certain gift cards may not work outside of the U.S. Any Account or wallet discrepancies must be reported to IDT in writing within six months of date of activity. IDT will not be responsible for undeliverable or unredeemable Rewards due to inaccurate or insufficient contact information submitted by the intended recipient. Each person who receives a Reward is responsible for any and all applicable taxes regarding that Reward and cumulative Rewards. Any person who receives more than $600 in Rewards in any calendar year shall be required to provide information to IDT in order for IDT to provide the person with a 1099 for that tax year. IDT does not guarantee a delivery time on any Reward earned.

PROHIBITED ACTIONS. All Project participants agree to participate in the Project in accordance with the Rules. Participants may not: (1) create multiple identities, logins, or registrations for themselves; (2) refer fictitious, duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise non-existent people; (3) refer people via a bulk distribution method, distribution to strangers, or in any other manner that would constitute or appear to constitute as unsolicited email, electronic communications, or spam under applicable law or regulation; (4) use the Project or any Program for commercial purposes; (5) participate in the Project in a fraudulent manner or any way that would damage or tarnish IDT's brands, goodwill, or reputation; or (6) participate in the Project where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law, statute, or regulations. IDT reserves the right to terminate a person's right to participate in the Project and/or a Program at any time if the person engages in a prohibited use, violates the Rules or otherwise tampers or interferes with the Project, a Program or any other IDT customer. Termination of a person's participation will result in a loss of all accumulated Rewards and any other Project benefits.

GENERAL. IDT reserves the right to change the Project, a Program, the Rules, and/or terminate the Project or a Program, at any time without prior notice. The current General Terms will be posted in the App and at www.bossrevolution.com. If there is an inconsistency between these General Terms and any Program's Specific Terms, then the Specific Terms shall control. If there is any inconsistency between any advertising material regarding the Project or a Program and these General Terms, then these General Terms shall control. All decisions of IDT regarding the Project, a Program and the Rules are final and binding on all participants. Participants represent and warrant to IDT that they have obtained the express consent from the individuals whose data they provide to IDT. IDT's total liability under the Project to any participant, under any theory of law or equity, shall be limited to the monetary value of one Reward. The Project is being operated only in the United States.
